Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, accessing protected areas or downloading files from Premium-Mockup.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and the license applicable to your purchase. If you do not agree, do not purchase, download or use the protected assets.

Digital membership & access

Personal, Commercial and Reseller memberships are one-time purchases unless a product is clearly described otherwise. Eligible files available within your purchase and update entitlement remain accessible while your account is in good standing and the service remains available.

New-release eligibility is governed by the update period shown on the membership at the time of purchase. Lifetime access refers to eligible purchased files, not an unconditional promise that every future product or service will be included forever.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and for activity carried out through your account. Account sharing, credential sharing or distribution of protected download links may result in temporary restriction or suspension where needed to protect the service and licensed content.

Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Payments & activation

Membership access is activated after successful payment or payment verification through the payment methods enabled on the website. Failed, reversed, refunded, cancelled or disputed transactions may delay, restrict or suspend related access while the payment status is reviewed.

Prices, supported payment methods and taxes or fees, where applicable, are shown during checkout.

License & permitted usage

Your use of downloaded files is governed by the Personal, Commercial or Reseller license selected at purchase and, where available, the license certificate attached to your account. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of Premium Mockup's underlying intellectual property.

Protected downloads

Downloads may be delivered through protected member-only links, bundles or section ZIP files. You may not publish, mirror or distribute protected download URLs, account credentials or source files except where your specific license expressly permits a particular form of distribution.

We may apply reasonable technical controls to protect licensed files, prevent abuse and maintain reliable delivery.

Refunds, reversals & disputes

Because Premium Mockup provides digital products and protected downloads, refund eligibility is governed by the refund policy displayed on the website and any mandatory rights that apply to a transaction. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.

If a payment is disputed or reversed, access related to that transaction may be restricted while the matter is resolved.

Prohibited use

You may not use the website or protected files to compromise security, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, unlawfully redistribute assets, misrepresent ownership, or violate applicable law or the license attached to your purchase.

Service availability

We may update, replace, reorganize or improve bundle files, website features, payment options and delivery infrastructure. We aim to maintain reliable access, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Maintenance, security events, hosting issues or third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect access.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, product structure, legal requirements or operating practices change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised terms will apply going forward where permitted.
