Information we process
Depending on how you use Premium Mockup, we may process information such as your name, email address, account details, order records, membership status, license information, support messages, download activity and communication preferences.
Technical records generated when you use the service may include timestamps, IP address, browser or session information and security-related events.
How we use information
Information is used to create and secure accounts, process and verify orders, deliver eligible downloads, issue licenses, provide support, send necessary service messages, maintain site security, investigate abuse and improve the reliability of the service.
We do not need more information than is reasonably required for these operational purposes.
Payments
Card, PayPal or other payment credentials are processed by the payment provider enabled at checkout. Premium Mockup stores the order/payment status and transaction references needed for fulfillment, accounting, fraud prevention and support, but does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers.
Communications
Operational messages—such as email verification, password reset, payment, security and account notices—may be sent when necessary to provide the service. Promotional messages are separate and, where available, can be disabled through your profile or the unsubscribe controls included with those messages.
Security & activity logs
We use measures such as password hashing, session controls, protected download storage and access logging to operate and protect the service. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service.
Security and download logs may include IP addresses, timestamps and related request information used for troubleshooting, abuse prevention and access protection.
Service providers
Premium Mockup may rely on service providers for functions such as hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security or analytics when those services are enabled. Providers receive information only as needed for their role and are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
Data retention
Account, order, license, security and support records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain purchase records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet operational requirements or comply with applicable obligations. Retention periods can vary by record type.
Your choices
You can update available profile information and communication preferences through your account where those controls are provided. You may also contact support with a privacy-related request. Some records may need to be retained where they are required for transaction history, security, dispute resolution or other legitimate operational obligations.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Premium Mockup's features, service providers or operating practices change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
