Digital delivery

Because downloadable files cannot be returned, purchases are normally final after access or download has been provided.

When we will help

Contact us if a duplicate charge occurs, your payment completes but access is not delivered, or the supplied file is technically unusable and we cannot repair or replace it.

Request window

Send requests within 14 days of purchase with the order email and payment reference. Approval depends on payment and download records.

Provider disputes

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate and resolve delivery issues quickly.
